Beginning in 1998, Goldman Properties set its sights on reviving Philadelphia’s South 13th Street—today widely known as Midtown Village. Once described as the “deterioration capital of Center City,” Tony saw potential in South 13th Street and acquired most of the buildings that now comprise of Midtown Village’s heart. Today, Midtown Village is known as the edgiest street in Philadelphia—bustling with boutiques, businesses, restaurants, and cafés.
