Wynwood Walls, the famed epicenter of the Wynwood Arts District known worldwide for its groundbreaking, ever-changing collection of curated art, celebrated its 10-year anniversary during Art Basel 2019. Take an intimate glimpse of how Wynwood Walls has become one of the most visited destinations in the country in just 10 short years.


For 50 years, Goldman Properties has used art in public places to revitalize neighborhoods across the country including SoHo in New York City, South 13th Street in Philadelphia South Beach and Wynwood in Miami, Florida.


Here Comes The Neighborhood was the brainchild of founder Tony Goldman and produced in collaboration with filmmaker Jenner Furst and Goldman Properties. The short-form docuseries takes you on a journey through Miami’s emerging arts district, Wynwood: its trials and tribulations, inspiration, successes, creative explosions, and the neighborhood’s many fascinating characters.


This short film offers a look at the Wynwood Walls program for Art Basel 2014, The Art of Collaboration. Debuting with the City of Miami’s renaming ceremony of NW 2nd Avenue to Tony Goldman Way, the program not only featured collaborations of uniquely different artists but also celebrated the collaboration of art and community.
